Basketball Anyone?

Ever since we moved here from Phoenix almost 5 years ago, Matt has been wanting to put in a basketball goal. This year, he finally made that goal a reality. With some help from friends a family, the hole was dug, filled with cement, and goal was assembled and mounted. The result - a wonderful family activity that Matt is thrilled about and Oliver has really been enjoying. It's height is easily adjustable so it can come down to Oliver's level quickly making it much more fun for the shorter members of our family. Many father-son games of HORSE have already been played and I can see many more to come...

The kids checking out Daddy and Papa's big hole:

Some of us liked being in the hole:

Some of us didn't:

The finished project!
I am so proud of my husband for his hard work on getting this put in. It looks great, works great, and is a wonderful addition to our home!
